A ruby-red wine with Blaufrankisch’s classic intense sour-cherry fruit character and a hint of blackberry, crisp acidity and a fine, long finish. From biodynamically farmed vines grown on clay and gravel soils with quite a high iron content and fermented naturally in a variety of vessels.
