A medium bodied, young and fresh Cabernet Franc from the highly regarded Saumur-Champigny appellation. Lots of crunchy red summer fruits at first followed by spice and savoury notes mid-palate with nice grippy tannins and a good length. Try with rabbit and mushroom soup, roast leg of salt-marsh lamb or veal chops with baby onions and wild mushrooms. Biodynamic.
